By accessing nexguard.live, installing the NEXGUARD AI Security Scanner extension, or using NEXGUARD Browser, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Service description

NEXGUARD provides AI-assisted security analysis for websites, downloads, forms, email metadata, and Web3 interactions. Results are informational and probabilistic — not a guarantee that any site, contract, or message is safe.

No financial advice

Trust scores, risk labels, and AI explanations are not investment, legal, or tax advice. You remain solely responsible for transactions, payments, and wallet actions.

Acceptable use

  • Do not abuse the API, attempt to bypass rate limits, or probe systems without authorization.
  • Do not use NEXGUARD to attack, harass, or violate applicable law.
  • Do not misrepresent NEXGUARD badges or verification status.

Software license

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our client software (extension and browser) for personal or internal business use. Reverse engineering for security research is welcome under our Responsible Disclosure policy.

Updates

NEXGUARD Browser checks for updates automatically when installed from official builds. The Chrome extension distributed as "Load unpacked" must be updated manually unless installed via an official auto-update channel we publish. Always download from nexguard.live/download.

Disclaimer of warranties

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or that all threats will be detected.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXGUARD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of funds, data, or profits arising from use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend access for violations of these terms or to protect the platform. You may stop using the service at any time.
